Once a "Buy" order is successfully processed and the digital gold/silver is credited to your vault, the transaction **cannot be cancelled**. This is because the purchase is locked at live market rates which fluctuate every few seconds. If you wish to liquidate your assets, you must use the "Sell" feature on your dashboard.
In cases where money is deducted from your bank account but the asset is not credited to your vault (due to technical glitches or internet failure):
Users have complete control over their automated savings. You can cancel your UPI AutoPay or e-Mandate mandate at any time through the "Auto-Debit SIPs" section of the dashboard. No cancellation fees are applicable for stopping a future SIP.
